% 30.11.2016 The suit has been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 2 crores.

The cause of action as per para 13 of the plaint arose in New Delhi, as the order of printing of books was placed by defendant no.1 at the office of the plaintiff at New Delhi, which is situated at Wazirpur Industrial Area which falls within the jurisdiction of North-West District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini Courts, Delhi on 21st December, 2016 for further

directions.
