% 01.09.2016 Petitioner is stated to have expired. This fact stands confirmed by the respondent and the counsel for the petitioner himself. The death certificate of the petitioner Inderjeet Singh is placed on record. The prayer made in the present petition was for allotment of a booth in favour of the petitioner. Since the petitioner already stands expired, this petition has become infructuous. It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that this appears to be a case of impersonating as the death certificate of Inderjeet Singh reflects that he expired in the year 2006 i.e. on 27.02.2006. The department will initiate appropriate proceedings against the impersonator as per law.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
