Counsel for petitioner states at the outset, that Notices have been issued in CONT.CAS (C) 214/2024 on 6th February 2024. The matter is now placed on 16th July 2025.

The CONT.CAS (C) 214/2024 also relates to damaging and demolishing of the existing graves situated in Khasra No.1151/2, situated in Village Mehrauli, Ward No.2, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi. 3.

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner that considering that his ancestors are buried in the graveyard, they are seeking compliance of order dated 19th July 1997, which had directed that the area should be fenced so as to not demolish any grave.

the behest of Muntazima Committee Madarsa Bahrul Uloom and Qabrastan, no purpose would serve to entertain another contempt petition. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an application in the CONT.CAS (C) 214/2024, to assist the Court in this regard. 6.

The petition is, therefore, withdrawn, with liberty as requested above; liberty is granted.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
