The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 1029/2023 of PS Samaipur Badli for offence under Section 376/354/354A IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks adjournment on the ground that arguing senior counsel, Mr. Pramod Kr. Dubey is unwell. Keeping in mind the extreme old pendency of this bail application, which formed part of 179 such old applications transferred from different benches to this bench, there is no scope for any adjournment. On this, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks a passover to ask the arguing senior counsel, Mr. Pramod Kr. Dubey to appear through videoconferencing.
