The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated for passing of appropriate directions for a time-bound disposal of RC/ARC No. 45/2022 titled as "Shri Indrejeet Singh vs Shri Basant Lal Gulati", pending in the Court of ACJ/CCJ/ARC, District-West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi preferably within three months. 4.

At this stage, the learned counsel submits that at present the ACJ/CCJ/ARC, District-West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is lying vacant as the learned Presiding Officer has been transferred.
