The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 15.02.2024 passed by the learned Family Court Judge, Family Courts, Saket District, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Judge Family Court'), in HMA No.311/2024. 4.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner through her special power of attorney and respondent no.2 had filed a joint petition under Section 13B (1) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 bearing HMA no. 311/2024 which was duly registered on 14.02.2024. his appearance via video conferencing was filed along with the above mentioned petition before learned Judge Family Court. However, vide order dated 15.02.2024, the learned Judge Family Court, is not disposing of the above-mentioned application and is insisting for appointment of power of attorney on behalf of respondent no.2 also. Learned counsel submits that unnecessarily the petition for divorce by mutual consent is getting delayed. 5.

In view of the above, the learned Judge Family Court is directed to hear the arguments in the application on the next date of hearing i.e. 22.03.2024 fixed before it and to dispose it of within three days. 6.

With above observations, the present petition along with pending applications stands disposed of.
