The learned counsel for the petitioner states he intends to withdraw the Writ Petition as the petitioner intends to apply for settlement under Vivaad se Vishwaas scheme, with liberty that in the eventuality the settlement does not come through to enable the petitioner file a fresh petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as stated above, leaving all the pleas of the parties open.
