The present Appeals have been filed by the Appellants under Section 483 of the Companies Act, 1956 assailing the correctness of the common order dated 02.02.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in CO.PET. 265/1998, whereby the learned Single Judge had directed the Official Liquidator to submit a report, which has since been submitted by the Official Liquidator during the pendency of the present Appeal.

The learned Single Judge is seized of the matter, hence, the present Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. 3.

However, the parties are at liberty to agitate all their objections before the learned Single Judge.
