% 09.02.2018 IA 1515/2018 This application had been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 1st February, 2018. The same has been wrongly shown in the cause list.

ARB.P. 91/2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to Memorandum of Agreement dated 30th November, 2012 for providing services for supervision of supply and installation of solar street lights in Freetown, Lungi and 12 District Headquarters in Sierra Leone for the scope of services as per WAPCOS's agreement with Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (MEWR), Sierra Leone.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if Mr.Sanjivan Kumar Sarvaria, Retired District & Sessions Judge is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator. He fairly points out that the

proposed Arbitrator has also been appointed as an Arbitrator in respect of two other contracts between the same parties. Counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the above proposal.

I accordingly appoint Mr.Sanjivan Kumar Sarvaria, Retired District & Sessions Judge, 5, Court Road, Delhi-110054, Mobile9910384642, E-mail: sksarvaria@gmail.com as the Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the above mentioned Memorandum of Agreement.
