% 06.03.2019 Complainant has alleged in the FIR that four boys had robbed him on the point of knife. Petitioner was apprehended on the pointing of complainant, inasmuch as, robbed mobile was recovered from him. Keeping in mind the nature and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail at this stage. Bail application is dismissed.
