O R D E R

% 18.02.2020 The respondent is ready and willing to settle the lis upon payment of Rs. 2,25,000/- plus Rs. 25,000/- towards litigation expenses. The learned counsel for the petitioner, states upon instructions, that the same is acceptable to the petitioner.

The petition is disposed off with the direction that Rs. 2,25,000/- plus Rs. 25,000/- towards litigation expenses be paid to respondent no.1. A cheque bearing no. 000023 dated 10.02.2020, drawn on Punjab & Sind Bank, New Delhi Kirti Nagar Branch, Delhi, for Rs. 2,50,000/- , has been handed over to respondent no.1 in acceptance of all his claims against the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cheque is good for encashment. The assurance is accepted.

An affidavit of undertaking in terms of the above shall be filed by the parties within a week from today.
