At the outset, learned counsel representing the Respondents has apprised the Court that, upon opening of the financial bid, the Letter of Acceptance has already been issued in favour of the successful bidder.

Upon realizing the aforesaid fact, learned senior counsel representing the Petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present Petitions, with liberty to challenge the correctness of letter of allotment of work in favour of Respondent No.3. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with leave and liberty to file a fresh petitions arising out of the same cause of action, after assailing the correctness of the order of allotment to the Respondent No.3. 4.

A photocopy of the Order passed today be kept in the connected matters.
