It has been urged by learned counsel for the petitioner that, in case, the respondent/ tendering authority agrees to reconsider the objections of the petitioner on the basis of the representations made/ documents submitted till 13.02.2025 with the respondents, the petition may be disposed of in the said terms.

Mr. Arun Kumar, Sr. Adv., on instructions, has stated that the tendering authority shall consider the said objections. 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within two days from today to the tendering authority and in case such a representation is preferred, the same shall be considered and decided by passing a reasoned and speaking order by the tendering authority within a week thereafter. 7.

We make it clear that the reconsideration under this Order to the objections raised by the petitioner shall be confined to the representations made and documents submitted by it till 13.02.2025. 8.

It is needless to mention that in case on reconsideration, the petitioner is still not satisfied, it will be open to it to take recourse to any remedy which may be available to it under law.
