Having perused the nature of the controversy and the settlement agreement, the Court has no doubt about the genuineness of the same. The settlement agreement is, therefore, accepted. The appeals being RFA117/2019 and RFA 185/2019 stand disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. Let the decree to be drawn as per the settlement agreement. Impugned judgment and decree to the aforesaid extent stands modified. 3.

Parties are bound by the terms mentioned in the settlement agreement.
