% 06.04.2026 By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks to set aside the order dated 31.10.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Court in Criminal Revision Petition No. 183/2025, as well as the order dated 23.04.2025 passed by the learned Magistrate's Court in CC No. 2574/2021. After some arguments, Mr. Rahul Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Magistrate's Court.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
