The present application has been filed seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No. 149/2019, dated 29.04.2019, registered at Police Station Swaroop Nagar under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is noted that the applicant's last application for bail before the learned Sessions Court was dismissed on 28.11.2024, i.e., a considerable time prior to the filing of the present application. 3.

Mr. Rajat Wadhwa, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that, in the interregnum, this Court has granted bail to a co-accused vide order dated 12.03.2026 passed in BAIL APPLN. 4902/2025. 4.

In view of the aforesaid changed circumstances, Mr. Wadhwa seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to approach the learned Sessions Court, in BAIL APPLN. 1293/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The bail application, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the aforesaid submission. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case for bail, including the ground of parity sought to be urged at this stage. All such issues are left open to be considered and decided by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
