% 07.03.2019 The matter has been taken up in view of the directions of the Hon'ble The Chief Justice that the urgent matters listed before the Court of HMJ Vibhu Bakhru may be listed before this Court for today. CM APPL. 10586/2019 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed of.

W.P.(C) 2256/2019 & CM APPL. 10585/2019 Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice and submits that security deposit in terms of the letter dated 25.02.2019 has already been encashed by notification of the Clause No. 12.5 of the License Agreement between the petitioner and the respondent. It appears thus that W.P.(C) 2256/2019

the prayer to the CM APPL. 10585/2019 seeking that the respondent be restrained from forfeiting the security deposit during the pendency of the petition has thus become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice of the petition. The matter be placed before the Hon'ble Roster Bench for 14th March, 2019.
