respondent no. 5 from encroaching over the street, i.e., projection over municipal land by way of the illegal/unauthorised construction at property bearing no. A-39, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi-110018. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 on advance notice has handed over a copy of the show cause notice dated 12th March, 2025 and letter dated 13th March, 2025 to the Station House Officer, Tilak Nagar, issued by the Executive Engineer (BLDG)-I, West Zone, Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").

By way of the said letter, the SHO has been directed to stop the unauthorised construction forthwith.

Ms. Lovee Tyagi, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the action already initiated by the MCD, she has instructions to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending applications.
