Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By invoking our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India this petitioner has made the following prayer:- "(a) Take this writ petition into consideration; (b) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ( s) under the provisions of Article 226 of Constitution of India directing the division bench of roaster bench hearing FAO(OS) No. 47/2022 and 116/2022 expeditiously by way of conducting the hearings day to day; (c) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the division bench of roaster hearing all 28 F.AO(OS)s expeditiously by way of conducting the hearings day to day or in the alternative a special bench may be constituted to dispose of all these FAO(OS )s on merits; (d) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ( s) direction ( s) under the provision of Article 226 Constitution of India by constituting a special bench to dispose of all these. FAO(OS)s on merits by conducting the hearings day to day;

(e) Pass such other further order (s), direction(s) as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present case."

We are afraid, no such direction in writ jurisdiction can be issued to a coordinate Bench for redressal of his grievances related to early/expeditious disposal of the hearing of the first appeal FAO(OS). The petitioner would be better advised to approach the Court where the FAO (OS) are pending. 4.

Accordingly we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It is hereby disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court where FAO (OS) are pending.
