% 21.09.2015 CM APPL. 13771/2015(u/Sec. 151 CPC) By this application, the applicant/appellant seeks return of original documents, pertaining to the subject property to the non-applicant /respondent no. 1.

Vide order dated 04.09.2015, passed by Hon'ble Court, counsel for the appellant was directed to place on record the certified copies of the original documents. The same have been filed and placed on record. The matter be placed before Deputy Registrar (Appellate) on 22.09.2015 at 03.00 PM, who will return the original documents to the nonapplicant/respondent no. 1 after proper verification and taking receipt thereof.
