Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cousin brother of the petitioner could not undergo chemotherapy as his condition was not well and he has been called for a review on 29.03.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Superintendent, Jail on 01.04.2019. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply afresh in case the need so arises. 2.

In view of the above, petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Superintendent, Jail on 01.04.2019. 3.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
