This application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code jointly by the parties duly signed by all of them supported by the memorandum of oral family settlement arrived at inter-se the parties. The terms and conditions of the aforenoted settlement are detailed in the said settlement which along with the said application is collectively marked as Ex P1. Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in Ex P1. The suit of the plaintiff stands decreed in terms of Ex P-1. Needless to state that Ex. P-1 shall form part of the decree. Suit disposed of in the above terms.
