The present application has been filed by the defendant to place on record certain documents.

In the meanwhile, the main suit was taken up on 05.08.2024 and the same was withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 3.
However, the documents which are sought to be placed on record are taken on record.

The application is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the order dated 05.08.2024 records an undertaking of the learned counsel for the plaintiff to return the original documents i.e. agreement to sell etc. to the defendant no. 1 within a period of one week.

said documents are with the CFSL in an investigation that is underway pursuant to the FIR registered at the instance of the plaintiff. 7.
She submits that the plaintiff does not have any objection if the said documents are returned to the defendant no.1. 8.
She submits that in terms of the settlement the plaintiff will be cooperating with the defendant no.1 for the quashing of FIR and will make the same submission before the concerned court and shall ensure the return of original documents to the defendant no.1. The statement is taken on record. 9.
No further orders are called for as the suit has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 05.08.2024.
