The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon 'ble Court may kindly be pleased to: - a) Pass appropriate orders/ directions quashing the FIR No.0147/2022. U/s 307 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act, registered at P.S. Sangam Vihar. New Delhi and proceeding/investigation there from. b) Pass such order or orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
