On the previous date of hearing, it was confirmed by the learned counsel for the Union of India / Bureau of Immigration that the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued at the behest of SBI/respondent no.5 has been withdrawn and/ or is no longer in operation.

It is not disputed that as on date, there is no subsisting/ active LOC against the petitioner.

In the circumstances, with the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of, taking on record the aforesaid position.
