% 23.03.2017 CM No.4099/2017 (for interim directions) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, by order dated 21.03.2017, the respondents have accepted the contentions of the petitioners and have classified the goods of the petitioners under classification CTH 6115. He submits that in view of the respondents accepting the classification given by the petitioner, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
However, he prays that a consequential order for release of the consignment be passed by the respondents.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. The WP(C) 805/2017
respondents are directed to forthwith pass a consequential order consequent to order dated 21.03.2017 accepting the classification given by the petitioner. Since the goods, which were imported, are seasonal in nature, the respondents are directed to pass an order within a period of one week from today.
The date of 22.08.2016 is cancelled.
