The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the summoning orders dated 03.11.2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi) in a complaint case titled as Praveen Kumar Vs. Vikas WSP Ltd., CIS No.520446/16, under Section 420/468 IPC, PS Daryaganj.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present summoning order arises out of private complaint under Section 200 CrPC and the parties have arrived at settlement, terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of settlement agreement dated 06.12.2023, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure C to the petition. 3.

He further submits that in terms of the said settlement an amount of Rs. 50,000/- has already been paid to the complainant / respondent. The complainant / respondent who has joined through VC affirms the factum of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. settlement and the receipt of full and final settlement amount of Rs. 50,000/- 4.

On a query posed by the Court, he states that he has no objection in case impugned summoning order is quashed.

In view of the above, the summoning order dated 03.11.2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi) in a complaint case titled as Praveen Kumar Vs. Vikas WSP Ltd., CIS No.520446/16, under Section 420/468 IPC, is quashed. 6.
