Pursuant to previous order, counsel on behalf of the Bandhan Bank Ltd. appears and points out to the affidavit of compliance which has been filed. As per the affidavit of compliance, debit freeze imposed on petitioner's account has been removed.

It is stated that the Bank made multiple attempts to contact the petitioner; however, he could not be reached. E-mails were also sent in March 2025, but no response was received. A communication on 11th March 2025 was also addressed, intimating petitioner that debit freeze has been removed.

Though this has been refuted by counsel for petitioner, in any event, petitioner is now aware of the same, and as per the Bank, petitioner visited the Bank yesterday and provided his KYC documents. It is stated that since debit freeze was there for some time, the account had been classified as 'dormant' and shall be reactivated once the KYC details are updated. The KYC details have been provided by petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the Bank is directed to take them into account, as per banking regulations, and activate the account of petitioner. 6.

If any further documents are required for the said purpose, the Bank shall communicate to petitioner today, and petitioner shall go to the Bank today at 03:00 P.M. to provide required documents to the Bank, and within 24 hours of providing the documents, the said bank account of petitioner shall be activated.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid directions. 9.
