% 01.10.2018 Per order dated 09.08.2018 passed in IA No.9416/2018, the receiver report has since been filed.

This is a suit filed by the plaintiff against defendant for recovery of Rs.4,88,78,506/-. As was agreed at the time of disposal of IA No.9416/2018 on 09.08.2018, the equity shares of the plaintiff company held by the defendant stood sold through the receiver appointed by this Court and sale proceeds thereof remitted to the account of the plaintiff.

In view of above, the suit of the plaintiff stands disposed of in terms of settlement as contained in IA No.9416/2018. No order as to costs. The pending IA, if any, also stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J OCTOBER 01, 2018 M
