The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that after investigation, the prosecution has already filed a closure report in regard to the allegations against the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR.

Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in case any grievance remains in future. 4.
