CRL.M.A. 28182/2025-For restoration of petition in CRL.REV.P. 359/2024 CRL.M.A. 28166/2025-For restoration of petition in CRL.REV.P. 360/2024 1.

By virtue of the present applications, the petitioner seeks restoration of the above captioned petitions.

Considering the assertions, grounds raised in the present applications as also the arguments addressed thereon by the learned counsel for the petitioner in furtherance thereof, the present applications are allowed and the above captioned petitions are restored to their original position.

The present applications are disposed of.

CRL.REV.P. 359/2024 and CRL.REV.P. 360/2024 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respective quantum of Rs.1,30,000/- and Rs.1,10,000/- have already been deposited before this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 seeks to take appropriate steps for release of the said amount upon ascertainment thereof. 6.

As such, renotify on 21.09.2026.
