Learned counsel for the parties submits that the vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has been handed over to the respondent on 08.04.2025 by virtue of the order passed learned Executing Court.

In view of the aforesaid, and as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing surviving therein. 3.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is disposed of accordingly.
