A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.152/2017 under Section 406/420/34 IPC Police Station Paharganj on the same subject matter for which FIR No.314/09 under Section 420 IPC and Section 3, 4, 5 and 6 of PCMSC(B) Act, P.S. Saraswati Vihar, EOW, Crime Branch, Delhi is already pending.

Considering that FIR No.152/2017 P.S. Paharganj also pertains to the same subject matter for which the earlier FIR No.314/09 is already pending trial, the FIR and the proceedings in FIR No.152/2017 be transferred to the EOW Court, Rohini.

Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court of learned ACJM, District North-West, Rohini on 19.05.2025.
