O R D E R

% 07.03.2019 It is the petitioners' case that the impugned order dated 28.02.2019 directing them to appear in person for disposal of the bail applications, is contrary to the statutory scheme for grant of anticipatory bail under section 438 of the Cr. P.C.

It will be open to the petitioners to appear before the Trial Court in terms of the aforesaid order only for the purpose of clarification. In the event that their applications are disposed-off unfavourably on 08.03.2019 or whenever they are directed to be present before the learned Trial Court for clarification, they shall not be arrested on the same day so as to facilitate them to take judicial remedies against such adverse order. The petitions stand disposed-off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
