The matter has been listed on an office note. It is pointed out that the Settlement Agreement dated 21st March, 20241, was sealed in the presence of the Deputy Registrar (IPD) on 13th May, 2024 and kept with the custodian at Srl. No. 4778. On 26th April, 2024, although the Court had directed the terms and conditions of the settlement to remain confidential, the said Settlement Agreement had already been scanned prior to such directions being issued, and an electronic record thereof is still available in the e-file. Accordingly, a clarification is sought as to whether the scanned copy of the Settlement Agreement is to be deleted from the e-file. 2.
In light of the fact that parties have desired the terms of the Settlement Agreement to be kept confidential, it is directed that the scanned copy of the Settlement Agreement be deleted from the e-file. 1 "Settlement Agreement"
