% 07.03.2019 There are specific allegations by name of involvement of the petitioner in the crimes alleged in first information report (FIR) no. 478/2018 of police station Burari registered on 22.10.2018 for offences under Sections 452/306/506/324/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). The case has already been investigated and charge-sheet submitted on which jurisdictional magistrate has taken cognizance. The case involves injuries inflicted by sharp edged weapon suffered by Shilpa, a girl aged 20 years, in the wake of which said incident (that occurred in the evening of 21.10.2018) she committed suicide by hanging by the neck on 22.10.2018 in the morning hours. There is clear allegation that Shilpa was alone at home when the petitioner accompanied by his father Shyam Lal and brother Sanjay had come to her house, she having been assaulted by the petitioner he using some sharp edged weapon to inflict injuries on her neck, this being followed BAIL APPLN. 576/2019

by threats to kill her being extended, such threats statedly being reiterated by the petitioner later.

In the given facts and circumstances, there is no parity between the case against the petitioner and his brother Sanjay who was allowed release on bail by order 21.01.2019 on his bail application no. 146/2019.
