The present petition has been filed against the order dated 23.03.2023 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby Non-Bailable Warrants (NBWs) have been issued against the petitioner while dismissing an exemption application moved by her.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing in West Indies most of the time and she will be returning to India in the month of March, 2026. 3.

Mr. Nikhil Pillai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2/Complainant on instruction from the Complainant, who is present in Court, submits that the complainant has no objection in case The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. NBWs are cancelled and the petitioner appears before the learned trial court in the month of March, 2026 on a date fixed by the Trial Court. He urges the Court to adopt this course only because the trial is not proceeding on account of non-appearance of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Non-Bailable Warrants issued by the learned Trial Court against the petitioner vide order dated 23.03.2023 are cancelled. 5.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Trial Court in the month of March, 2026 on a date to be fixed by the learned Trial Court. 6.

The present petition stands disposed of.
