The present application (CRL.M.A. 23177/2024) is filed pointing out that the parties have settled their disputes and have entered into a settlement with the assistance of the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari.

The present application is filed jointly on behalf of the parties. It is prayed that a sum of ₹5 lakh which was deposited with the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the order dated 17.04.2023, be directed to be released in favour of the respondent along with all the accrued interest.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as settled and the Registry is directed to release a sum of ₹5 lakh, deposited pursuant to order dated 17.04.2023 in favour of the respondent with all the accrued interest.
