This is a petition under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time of six months for the learned Arbitrator to conclude the arbitration proceedings and pass the award.

It is stated that the matter is at the stage of final hearing and the evidence took some time.

Ms Mishra, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and has handed over a letter dated 04.04.2024 from the respondent giving no objection to the petition being allowed.
