The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(i) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the Respondent No.2 for hearing the Case No.103/7/3/2017301 (File No.Delhi/270/2017-APCR) of the petitioner within a time bound period of four weeks."

The petitioner is essentially seeking the relief that he and his family be relocated in Delhi. It is doubtful whether respondent no.2 would have powers to pass any such directions.

The petitioner further states that respondent no.2 had heard the petitioner but has not concluded the matter as yet. In view of the above, this

Court does not consider it apposite to issue any directions to respondent no.2 and no orders are required to be passed in this petition. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
