% 15.03.2024 By way of the present petition filed under section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 ('A&C Act') filed jointly by the parties, they seek extension of the mandate of learned Sole Arbitrator by a period of 09 months w.e.f. 08.03.2024.

The record shows that the learned Sole Arbitrator entered upon reference on 27.09.2018; and the matter has been pending before her ever-since.

The last extension of mandate was granted vide order dated 06.09.2023, made in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 368/2023 which was extended up to 08.03.2024.

The matter is stated to be at the stage of final arguments. 5.
In view of the fact that the petition has been jointly filed, the same is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Sole O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 220/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Arbitrator, as prayed for by the parties, for a period of 09 months w.e.f. 08.03.2024; with a request to the learned Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the proceedings by that time.
