It is submitted that the learned Arbitrator has entered his appearance on 17.05.2021.

The mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on 29.02.2024. 6.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 7.
