% 14.06.2019 Cr. M.A. 12577 of 2019 (Exemption) Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl. M.A. No. 12576/19 Present application is for extension of stay of the applicant in USA for further period of 4 weeks. It is submitted that the applicant was on anticipatory bail and he was granted permission to visit USA vide order dated 29.4.2019 for a period of 4 weeks from 15.05.2019, which is expiring today.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that matters are pending before the Courts/ Authorities in USA as mentioned in the application and date fixed before the Trial Court is 11.07.2019 and

the applicant undertakes to return to India on or before 9th July, 2019 and to appear before the concerned Court on 11.07.2019 so that trial is not hampered.

In view of the above, present application is allowed and period of stay of the applicant in USA is extended for a further period of 4 weeks on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 29.04.2019 on furnishing a fresh surety bond to be executed by tomorrow.

Application accordingly stand disposed off.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
