Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be given one more opportunity to cross-examine CW-1 on the date fixed before the Trial Court, i.e., 21.12.2019 and is ready to bear the cost for the delay, if any caused. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that he shall not seek any adjournment in case CW-1 is produced in the Court for his cross-examination.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2, though opposes the prayer, submitted that just to cut short the delay and expedite the proceedings, the petitioners may be given one more opportunity to cross-examine CW-1, subject to heavy costs.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that
the petitioners have already paid the cost of Rs.3,000/- to respondent No.2.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioners are granted one more opportunity to cross-examine CW-1on 21.12.2019, when CW-1 shall remain present for the purposes of her cross-examination, subject to costs of Rs.15,000/-. It is further clarified that no further adjournments would be granted to the petitioners. In case the petitioners fail to cross-examine CW-1 on 21.12.2019, the Trial Court shall be within its rights to close the cross-examination of CW-1.
