By way of present application, the applicant/appellant seeks modification of the order dated 09.09.2025 qua paragraphs 1 and 2 thereof wherein it has been stated that "The appellant had approached this Court vide CRL.L.P. No. 482/2022 seeking leave to appeal and the same was granted by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2017..." which needs to be corrected that the leave to appeal was granted by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2025. It is further stated that in paragraph 2, it has been recorded that, "The trial which was initiated on the basis of his complaint has been dismissed for non-prosecution, resulting in a finding of acquittal...", which also needs to be corrected to the extent that the matter was dismissed for non-prosecution whereas the matter was dismissed on merits. 2.
