% 12.03.2020 The only prayer made in the present petition is for waiver of costs of Rs.15,000/- imposed by the Tribunal vide order dated 12.02.2020. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a man of very meagre means; and although by order dated 03.02.2020 the claim petition has been allowed in favour of the petitioner, he will not be able to avail the claim awarded until he pays costs, which he simply does not have the means to do.

Considering the nature of the relief sought, after making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Tribunal claiming waiver of costs imposed vide order dated 03.02.2020. CM(M) 211/2020

The present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for, with a further direction that if an application for waiver of costs is moved, the Tribunal would consider the same sympathetically.
