Petitioner has approached this court with following prayers: "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and direct the Respondent No. I to produce records of payments made to similarly placed bhumidars of Village Dhoolsiras pursuant to the acquisition of their land.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct Respondent No. 1 to make payment of interest at the on the compensation awarded to the Petitioners from the date of acquisition to the date of payment."

compensation which was allowed by the Ld. District Judge of which execution is sought.

It is urged that the order of Ld. District Judge has not been complied with.

We see no reason to cause interference in the extraordinary jurisdiction, as the petitioner has its own remedy of executing the order of the Ld. District Judge by taking recourse to the proceedings under Order XXI of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Apart from above, we are equally required to be sensitive to the stand of the respondent who claim that the amount has already been paid. 6.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law.

Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous. 8.
