% 24.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed for re-issuance of a passport to the petitioner. On 24th August, 2015, this Court had directed the petitioner to file an affidavit disclosing his residential address. In pursuance to the said order, the petitioner has filed an affidavit in which he has disclosed his residential address as "27/4, 2nd Floor, Old Rajendra Nagar, New Delhi-110 060." It is pertinent to mention that the residential address now disclosed tallies with the residential address of the petitioner that was found on police verification. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition and the

application stand disposed of.

However, it is clarified that the present order has been filed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and the same shall not be treated as a precedent.
