This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is a conceded position of the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties that a dispute exists between the parties, to be adjudicated by an Arbitrator. If that be so, this Court appoints Justice Pradeep Nandrajog, Former Chief Justice of the High Court, Bombay as the Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. The fee of the learned Arbitrator shall be regulated by Fourth Schedule to the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
