% 27.02.2020 This petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "1) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No.1 DGCA to issue the necessary orders/directions to Respondent No.3 InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (Indigo Airlines) to revoke the suspension imposed on the Petitioner from flying with their airline for a period of 6 months and to terminate the reference to the Respondent No.2 Internal Committee and its consequent proceedings with immediate effect; and 2) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 1 DGCA to issue the necessary orders/directions to the other three other Airlines, namely Air India Ltd., SpiceJet Ltd. & Go Airlines (India) Ltd. to revoke the indefinite suspension which has been imposed upon the
Petitioner with immediate effect; and 3) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 DGCA to initiate necessary action against Respondent No. 3 InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (Indigo Airlines), Air India Ltd., SpiceJet Ltd. & Go Airlines (India) Ltd. and all of their management and officers responsible for imposing the instant bans for violation of Rule 133A of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 for they have all acted in abrogation of the CARs as notified under the said Rule 133 A entailing imposition of penalty under S. No. 13 of Category III of Schedule VI of the Aircraft Rules, 1937; and 4) Or in alternative issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to direct Respondent No. 1 DGCA, to decide Petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2020 expeditiously in a time bound manner and to take action in law against Respondent No.3 InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (Indigo Airlines), Air India Ltd., SpiceJet Ltd. & Go Airlines (India) Ltd. as per the prayers made therein;"
The learned ASG, on instructions submits that the respondent no.1 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2020 within a period of eight weeks from today.
In view of the statement made, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition is satisfied. The petition is disposed of.
